The dashboard is reachable only over the encrypted OpenVPN tunnel. There's no public endpoint — connect first, then sign in with the credentials issued when your VPN config was provisioned.
Before you continue
Two requirements

OpenVPN tunnel is active. If you haven't connected today, open
OpenVPN Connect or Tunnelblick and bring the tunnel up before continuing. Without it, the dashboard URL won't resolve.02
You have credentials. A username and password were issued to you when your VPN config was provisioned. They're not the same as your VPN certificate password.
